We, BargainBooks4u hope that every customer that makes a purchase from us is satisfied with their order. However, for any reason you are not happy, you can return the items within 30 days of purchase. Ordering Policies

We will allow you to cancel your outstanding orders at any time, as long as you have not received a dispatch confirmation e-mail from us. If you cancel an order your order will be closed. If your payment has already been processed and you have cancelled your order before receiving the dispatch confirmation e-mail from us, we will refund you in full. We process orders quickly and will make best efforts to cancel your order.

Orders that are cancelled after shipment are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee, providing all items are returned undamaged.

To cancel an order, access your order information via Your Account on www.amazon.co.uk and click "Cancel items or orders".

If we are unable to supply an item in your order despite our best attempts to do so, we will also refund you the payment for this item in full. All other items in your order will be processed as normal, and you will receive an email to notify you of this.


Dispatch & Delivery Details

Within 24 hours of receipt of an order from Amazon, we aim to dispatch the book using Royal Mail First Class delivery service. By using Royal Mail, 99% of our customers receive their book within one to two days of our dispatch date. In addition, we also send a confirmation email to our customers informing them that the book has been dispatched, so they can ensure someone will be available to receive the book upon delivery.

We cannot guarantee delivery of any item, as we rely upon the delivery services that is provided by Royal Mail. However, if for some reason you should come across a delivery problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of our dispatch confirmation.

In the event of no one being in to receive the book, the postman usually/hopefully will leave a “failed to deliver” card through the letterbox. From the details on the card, you can re-arrange for a redelivery or pick up your book from your local post depot when it suits you.
